About Annie Grace Couvillion
A 2012 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Annie Grace Couvillion is currently fulfilling an 11-month service commitment with the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC). Annie Grace Couvillion works within the FEMA Corps division, which is responsible for providing on-the-ground community building and for assisting with the rebuilding process following major disasters, such as tornadoes. Ms. Couvillion’s specific responsibilities with AmeriCorps NCCC lie in the logistics arena. She facilitates supervisor-initiated supply and equipment shipments through barcoding and keeping a detailed inventory.
Passionate about hiking and taking photographs, Ms. Couvillion completed her B.F.A. in photography. As an undergraduate, she participated in a gallery exhibition with her class and sold a number of works. An avid traveler, Ms. Couvillion has traveled through France, England, and Wales, as well as throughout the United States. She particularly enjoys sampling local cuisines in the states and countries she visits. Dedicated to community service, Ms. Couvillion has volunteered at homeless shelters and for the Special Olympics.
